โครงการประเมินเทคโนโลยีและนโยบายด้านสุขภาพหรือไฮแทป ได้รับมอบหมายจากคณะทำงานวิชาการด้านการบริหารจัดการและศึกษาการให้บริการวัคซีน ภายใต้อนุกรรมการอำนวยการบริหารจัดการการให้วัคซีนป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โดยการสนับสนุนของสถาบันวิจัยระบบสาธารณสุข หรือ สวรส. ให้สำรวจความเห็นของบุคลากรในกลุ่มนี้ต่อการรับวัคซีนโควิดในประเทศไทย ซึ่งทำการสำรวจทางระบบออนไลน์ระหว่างวันที่ 29 มกราคม ถึง 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2021 โดยมีผู้ตอบแบบสำรวจกว่า 55,000 คน
