อัตราป่วยรายใหม่ต่อแสนประชากรที่มีภาวะเมเนียและโรคอารมณ์สองขั้วในคนไทย อายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป ปี พ.ศ. 2566 – 2567 ภาพรวมและทุกเขตสุขภาพ “ลดลง”
ร้อยละความชุกในประชากรที่มีภาวะเมเนียและโรคอารมณ์สองขั้วในคนไทย อายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป ปี พ.ศ. 2566 – 2567 ภาพรวมปี พ.ศ. 2566 – 2567 ภาพรวมและทุกเขตสุขภาพ “สูงขึ้น
ทุกเขตสุขภาพมีอัตราป่วยรายใหม่ลดลง แต่มีร้อยละความชุกสูงขึ้น
จังหวัดภูเก็ต มีอัตราป่วยรายใหม่สูงสุดเป็นอันดับแรกในปี พ.ศ. 2566 แต่ลดลงในปี พ.ศ. 2567 และมีร้อยละความชุกในประชากรเพิ่มขึ้น และสูงสุดเป็นอันดับแรก ทั้ง 2 ปี พ.ศ.
จำนวนผู้ป่วยใหม่จำแนกรายเดือน ลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยทั้งสองปี พ.ศ. สูงสุดในเดือนมกราคม
โรคไบโพลาร์เป็นความผิดปกติทางอารมณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นได้กับคนทั่วไป โดยตนเองและคนรอบตัวอาจไม่ทันสังเกตทำให้ได้รับการรักษาช้าเกินไป มีอารมณ์ซึมเศร้า (major depressive episode) สลับกับอารมณ์ดีมากกว่าปกติหรือพลุ่งพล่าน (mania หรือ hypomania) โรคนี้รักษาหายได้เมื่อรักษาด้วยยาอย่างต่อเนื่องร่วมกับจิตบำบัด ซึ่งทำให้สามารถกลับไปใช้ชีวิตได้ปกติในสังคมและทำงานได้ โดยต้องการความเข้าใจและกำลังใจจากครอบครัวและสังคม
