Title A name given to the resource รูปแบบการลด/ การละ/ การเลิก/ การบริโภคเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์/ เยาวชนอายุ 15 - 19 ปี Description An account of the resource การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นคว้ารูปแบบการลด ละ เลิก การบริโภคเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในเยาวชนอายุ 15 – 19 ปี โดยอาศัยการศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีและการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อหาพฤติกรรมและสาสเหตุการบริโภคเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และนโยบายสาธารณะจากความคิดเห็นของเยาวชนโดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานและมีการทวนสอบให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของสภาพการณ์ที่เป็นจริงจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเยาวชนอายุ15 – 19 ปี จำนวน 25 ท่านใน 5 จังหวัด การสังเกตุแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการใช้บริการในสถานประกอบการของเยาวชน ในพื้นที่ 5 จังหวัดได้แก่จังหวัดชลบุรี ลพบุรี ขอนแก่น เชียงใหม่ สงขลา และการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นเยาวชนอายุ 15 – 19 ปี 450 ชุด ในพื้นที่ 5 จังหวัดได้แก่จังหวัดชลบุรี ลพบุรี ขอนแก่น เชียงใหม่ สงขลา โดยใช้ SPSS ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาค่าเฉลี่ย และนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการกำหนดนโยบายทำการอภิปรายและแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อนโยบายที่มาจากความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า เยาวชนคิดว่าตนเองไม่ได้ดื่มในปริมาณที่อันตราย เลือกดื่มเบียร์หรือเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่มีราคาไม่สูง หรือผู้จำหน่ายจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย โดยสถานที่ที่นิยมดื่มเป็นที่แรกคือหอพักก่อนจะไปใช้บริการในสถานบันเทิง และสาเหตุการดื่มคือเรื่องของสังคมและการคบเพื่อนโดยสิ่งแวดล้อมก็เป็นปัจจัยต่อการบริโภคเพราะสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีผู้ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ส่งผลให้เยาวชนเกิดความรู้สึกคุ้นเคย อยากลองไม่อยากที่จะแตกต่างจากสมาชิกในสังคมตนเอง ซึ่งนโยบายและมาตรการทางกฎหมายที่เยาวชนเกรงกลัวคือพระราชบัญญัติการจราจรทางบก พ.ศ. 2522 ที่กำหนดว่าผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งมีอายุต่า กว่ายี่สิบปี บริบูรณ์ ห้ามขับขี่ในกรณีมีปริมาณแอลกอฮอล์ในเลือดเกิน 20 mg% เนื่องจากเห็นการปฏิบัติของเจ้าหน้าที่ตามมาตรการนี้เสมอและไม่ต้องการให้ครอบครัวเดือดร้อนดำเนินการ กิจกรรมที่มีส่วนต่อการลดละเลิกในความคิดเห็นของเยาวชนคือการส่งเสริมให้เยาวชนสามารถเข้าถึงการณรงค์และการใช้เวลาและโอกาสที่สร้างสรรค์ทางสังคม โดยกำหนดบทบาทให้เยาวชนมีส่วนร่วม โดยรูปแบบการลดละเลิกตามผลการศึกษา พบว่า การลดประกอบด้วยการจำหน่าย การขายและการสร้างค่านิยมให้เรื่องของการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ไม่เป็นเรื่องปกติ รวมไปถึงผลที่จะได้รับจากรูปแบบหากละเมิดรูปแบบจากการลดในมิติของการควบคุม รูปแบบการละ ประกอบด้วยนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการป้องกันการเพิ่มขึ้นของนักดื่มหน้าใหม่ที่เป็นเยาวชนด้วยการสร้างทักษะชีวิต เสริมภูมิคุ้มกันด้วยการสร้างสังคมปลอดเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ รูปแบบการเลิก ประกอบด้วยนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าถึงกลุ่มเสี่ยงและช่วยเหลือด้วยการบำบัดรักษาทั้งทางจิตสังคม และการรักษาทางการแพทย์ Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource นรกมล ทองเปลี่ยน Publisher An entity responsible for making the resource available วิทยาลัยพาณิชยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2019-08-01 Format The file format, physical medium, or dimensions of the resource PDF Language A language of the resource Thai Type The nature or genre of the resource วิจัย Date Copyrighted Date of copyright. 2019-08-01 License A legal document giving official permission to do something with the resource.
