กองบริหารระบบบริการสุขภาพจิต กรมสุขภาพจิต จึงได้จัดทำคู่มือโปรแกรมบูรณาการการบำบัดรักษาฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสุรา/ยา/สารเสพติดที่มีโรคร่วมทางจิตเวช (ICOD-R) ฉบับปรับปรุง เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสุราและสารเสพติดที่มีโรคร่วมทางจิตเวช ให้ได้รับการบำบัดรักษาอย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าคู่มือเล่มนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ในการบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยจนสามารถกลับไปใช้ชีวิตโดยพึ่งพาตนเองได้ ตลอดจนมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี และอยู่ร่วมกับสังคมได้อย่างปกติ

งานบ้านสร้างวินัยลูกน้อย
การสร้างวินัยของลูกเริ่มได้ที่บ้าน
จากการฝึกให้ลูกทำงานบ้านที่เหมาะสมกับวัย
และศักยภาพของลูก การที่ลูกทำอะไรได้ด้วยตัวเอง
จะเป็นการฝึกกระบวนการคิด การแก้ปัญหา
ฝึกความพยายามและความอดทน
สร้างเด็กให้มีความรับผิดชอบ รู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตัวเอง
เพียงแค่พ่อแม่เปิดโอกาสให้ลูกได้ทำด้วยตนเอง
ก็สามารถสร้างวินัยง่ายๆ ได้จากชีวิตประจำวัน
สำหรับเด็กอายุ 2-3 ปี
1.เก็บที่นอน ช่วงแรกๆพ่อแม่อาจช่วยลูกทำก่อน ชวนลูกทำไปด้วยกัน อาจยังไม่เรียบร้อยไม่เป็นไร พอลูกเริ่มทำคล่องแล้วค่อยปล่อยให้ลูกทำเอง
2.เก็บของเล่นให้เรียบร้อย หากล่องเก็บของเล่นที่มีสีสันเพิ่มแรงดึงดูกในกับลูก
3.ทำความสะอาดห้องนอน เริ่มฝึกด้วยการปัดกวาดเช็ดถู ค่อยๆ ทำ ไปพร้อมๆ กับพ่อแม่
4.เอาเสื้อผ้าที่ใส่แล้ว ไปใส่ไว้ในตะกร้าผ้า
5.ให้อาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง
สำหรับเด็กอายุ 4-7 ปี
1.เก็บเตียงให้เรียบร้อย จัดที่นอนให้เป็นระเบียบ
2.เอาเสื้อผ้าที่ใส่แล้วลงตะกร้า แล้วช่วยพ่อแม่ซักผ้าและตากผ้า
3.รดน้ำต้นไม้ ดูแลดอกไม้ อาจเป็นกิจกรรมให้ลูกมีต้นไม้ประจำตัว ฝึกการสังเกตการเจริญเติบโตของต้นไม้
4.ช่วยแม่จัดโต๊ะอาหาร หรือฝึกทำอาหารกับพ่อแม่ไปด้วย
5.จัดกระเป๋าไปโรงเรียนเอง โดยพ่อแม่ช่วยดูตารางสอนให้
สำหรับเด็กอายุ 8-10 ปี
1.จัดเตียงให้เรียบร้อย เด็กอายุเท่านี้ควรจะพับผ้าห่ม จัดผ้าปูเตียงให้ตึง และวางหมอนไว้หัวเตียง ได้อย่างเรียบร้อย
2.ซักผ้า ตากผ้า และฝึกการรีดผ้า
3.ฝึกทำอาหารกับพ่อแม่ และพ่อแม่ต้องคอยสังเกตลูกจนกว่าลูกจะใช้ของมีคมได้เก่งขึ้น
4.สอนลูกล้างจาน ให้ลูกลองล้างแก้วและชามพลาสติกเสียก่อน เมื่อลูกล้างถนัดแล้วก็ค่อยๆ เปลี่ยนเป็นแก้วและจานกระเบื้อง
5.จัดกระเป๋านักเรียนเอง
