รัฐบาลแถลง ปริมาณน้ำมันสำรองทั่วประเทศ 53 คลัง 589 ถัง มีน้ำมันสำรอง คิดเป็น 39 วัน มีน้ำมันอยู่ระหว่างการขอส่ง 27 วัน และน้ำมันที่ได้รับจัดหา 30 วัน ขั้นต่ำจะมีน้ำมันสำรอง 96 วัน
ผลกระทบต่อคนไทย
- หลายจังหวัดมีน้ำมันไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของประชาชน สถานีบางแห่งจำกัดการเติมน้ำมัน
- ติดตามสถานการณ์ราคาน้ำมัน และสินค้าและบริการ เฝ้าระวังอาการเครียด และตื่นตระหนกจากข่าวเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบัน
มาตรการระยะสั้น
1. เฝ้าระวัง (Surveillance Phase)
1.1 อารมณ์สังคมไทยต่อสถานการณ์สงครามตะวันออกกลาง อารมณ์ลบสูงถึง 75% สะท้อนความกังวลเชิงสังคม (Social Emotion) ทีม SAT วิเคราะห์ประเด็นที่กระทบสุขภาพจิต เช่น ค่าครองชีพ พลังงาน เศรษฐกิจ เพิ่มเติม และรายงาน ผู้บริหารเป็นระยะ
1.2 เฝ้าระวังดูแลผู้ได้รับผลกระทบกลุ่มเสี่ยง คือ แรงงานที่ได้รับผลกระทบ บาดเจ็บ และญาติผู้เสียชีวิต
2. ป้องกัน (Prevention Phase)
สื่อสารเชิงรุกเพื่อลดความวิตกกังวลของประชาชน อธิบายสถานการณ์อย่างเป็นกลาง แนะนำวิธีรับมือความเครียดจากข่าวสงครามเพื่อลด panic และการรับข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เกินความจำเป็น
3. ตอบสนอง (Response Phase)
ให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านสุขภาพจิตแก่ประชาชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบ เพิ่มการเข้าถึงบริการ สายด่วนสุขภาพจิต 1323 สำหรับผู้มีความเครียดหรือวิตกกังวล และสนับสนุนการคัดกรองความเครียดและภาวะซึมเศร้าในกลุ่มเสี่ยง

6 วิธีดูแลใจเบื้องต้นที่คุณทำได้ทันที
1. ติดตามข่าวสารอย่างพอเหมาะ จัดเวลาให้เหมาะสม ไม่มากจนเกินไป และหลีกเลี่ยงการอ่านข่าวก่อนนอน
2. ใช้ชีวิตให้เป็นปกติเท่าที่ทำได้ พยายามทำกิจวัตรประจำวันเท่าที่สถานการณ์เอื้ออำนวย เพื่อลดความกังวลต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรุนแรง
3. มีแผนสำรองสำหรับความปลอดภัย วางแผนอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้อยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่ปลอดภัย จะช่วยสร้างความรู้สึกว่าเราพอควบคุมสถานการณ์ได้บางส่วน
4. ติดต่อกับคนที่เรารัก พูดคุยกับเพื่อนและครอบครัวอย่างสม่ำเสมอ แม้เป็นช่วงสั้นๆ แต่กำลังใจจะช่วยให้สุขภาพจิตดีขึ้น
