1. ส่องส่งมองหา (Look)
ค้นหาผู้ที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือเร่งด่วน เช่น มีพฤติกรรมอยากตาย / ทำร้ายผู้อื่น, ตื่นตระหนกรุนแรง หรือมีอาการสับสน พูดไม่รู้เรื่อง
2. ใส่ใจรับฟัง (Listen)
เข้าหาอย่างนุ่มนวล , แนะนำตัว , ฟังอย่างตั้งใจโดยไม่ตัดสิน และยอมรับความรู้สึกของผู้ประสบภัย
3. ส่งต่อเชื่อมโยง (Link)
ช่วยเหลือตามความต้องการพื้นฐาน (ความปลอดภัย, สุขภาพกาย, ข้อมูล) และเชื่อมโยงไปยังแหล่งช่วยเหลืออื่น ๆ หรือครอบครัว

- หลังวิกฤตต้องตามต่อ สังเกตอาการกลัว ฝันร้าย เบื่ออาหาร
ปลอบโยน ชวนทำกิจกรรมเบาๆ ฟังเพลง หรือกอด
ห่างข่าวร้าย เลี่ยงภาพรุนแรง/ข่าวซ้ำๆ

วิธีการดูแลใจในสถานการณ์วิกฤต ในวันที่สถานการณ์รอบตัวดูหนักหน่วง การดูแล "ใจ" คือการเตรียมพลังให้เราก้าวต่อไปได้อย่างมั่นคงครับ กรมสุขภาพจิตขอส่งต่อคู่มือ "PFA สำหรับประชาชน" วิธีดูแลใจในสถานการณ์วิกฤตที่ทุกคนทำตามได้ทันที
- เมื่ออยู่ในสถานการณ์วิกฤต (Crisis):
1. พักก่อน โดยหาเวลาสั้นๆ 5-10 นาที หายใจเข้าลึกๆ 3 ครั้ง
2. กินอาหาร ดื่มน้ำ พักผ่อนให้มากที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้
3. ใช้เทคนิค 5-4-3-2-1 (5 มอง, 4 จับ, 3 ฟัง, 2 ดม, 1 หายใจลึกๆ) เพื่อดึงสติกลับมา
4. คุยกับคนที่เราไว้ใจ ไม่ต้องเล่าทุกรายละเอียด แต่อย่าเก็บความเครียดไว้ลำพัง
- หลังผ่านพ้นสถานการณ์ (Recovery):
1. ทำตัวให้ปกติ ค่อยๆ กลับไปทำกิจวัตรเดิม ไม่ต้องเร่งรีบ
2. ให้เวลาใจ อนุญาตให้ตัวเองเศร้าหรืออ่อนแอได้ ไม่ต้องรีบ "ปกติ" ทันที
3. เขียนระบาย: ลองบันทึกความรู้สึกเพื่อจัดการอารมณ์
4. ไปหาหมอ/เจ้าหน้าที่: หากนอนไม่หลับ/หวาดผวา/คิดวนซ้ำ เกิน 2 สัปดาห์
- สัญญาณอันตราย ที่ต้องรีบแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่
1. อยากทำร้ายตัวเอง/ไม่อยากมีชีวิตอยู่
2. หูแว่ว เห็นภาพหลอน พูดจาไม่รู้เรื่อง
3. ไม่กิน ไม่นอน จนร่างกายทรุดโทรม
4. ก้าวร้าว ควบคุมอารมณ์ไม่ได้
เพราะความเข้มแข็ง... เริ่มต้นจากการดูแลใจตัวเอง ถึงเวลาฟื้นฟู "ใจ" ให้เราพร้อมก้าวต่อไปอย่างมั่นคง

1. ติดตามข่าวสารอย่างพอเหมาะ จัดเวลาให้เหมาะสม ไม่มากจนเกินไป และหลีกเลี่ยงการอ่านข่าวก่อนนอน
2. ใช้ชีวิตให้เป็นปกติเท่าที่ทำได้ พยายามทำกิจวัตรประจำวันเท่าที่สถานการณ์เอื้ออำนวย เพื่อลดความกังวลต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรุนแรง
3. มีแผนสำรองสำหรับความปลอดภัย วางแผนอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้อยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่ปลอดภัย จะช่วยสร้างความรู้สึกว่าเราพอควบคุมสถานการณ์ได้บางส่วน
