ลักษณะพิเศษของสติในองค์กรที่ทำในประเทศไทยก็คือ ไม่ได้ใช้สติเป็นเพียงทักษะของบุคคลเท่านั้น แต่พัฒนาให้สติเป็น Metaskill ที่นำไปใช้ในทุกระดับของการบริหารจัดการตั้งแต่บุคคล ทีมงาน ไปจนถึงพันธกิจองค์กรในทุกมิติของการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนทำงานทั้งสุขภาพกาย จิตและชีวิตครอบครัว
ขอขอบคุณทุกองค์กรที่ได้บุกเบิกเส้นทางสายใหม่ของการใช้สติเพื่อพัฒนาคนและองค์กร สมกับคำว่า “ทางเกิดขึ้นเพราะมีคนเดินออกไป” ส่วนผู้ที่มาร่วมเดินทางสายนี้ก็จะช่วยขยายเส้นทางให้กว้างและสะดวกในการเดินทางมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ จนเมืองไทยเป็นเมืองหลวงของสติในองค์กรช่วยให้คนไทยทำอะไรด้วยสติไม่ใช่ “ทำอะไรตามใจคือไทยแท้” และประเทศไทยเป็นที่หมายปลายทางของการเดินทางมาเรียนรู้เรื่อง MIO
